For thirty-five years, Daniel F. Roth was a German-speaking minister. When he died, his son, Don, found these handwritten inscriptions of his father’s written in English in the flyleaf of one of his father’s books used to teach young pastors (1910-1925) at Clinton Theological Seminary, at the time in Clinton, Missouri.
